In October 2025, the 2-year Europaeum Scholars Programme culminated in the Europaeum Policy Conference hosted at the Fondation Universitaire and Press Club in Brussels, Belgium. The scholars presented their policy proposals spanning topics from decriminalisation to financing urban gardens to an audience of policy-makers. The policy proposals were evaluated by Maria João Rodrigues (Re-Imagine Europe, President of the Foundation for European Progressive Studies, and former MEP) and Shada Islam (College of Europe) and observed by alumnus of the Scholars Programme, Portuguese Minister of the Presidency His Excellency António Leitão Amaro.
